My Story

Hello and welcome! My name is Sania, and I’m the proud educator behind Sania's Family Day Care.

With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the privilege of nurturing and guiding children through some of the most important years of their lives.

I hold formal qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care, along with current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management, and Working With Children Check clearance.

But beyond the certificates and experience, I am—at my core—a passionate, nurturing, and caring educator. I create a calm, welcoming, and home-like environment where every child feels safe, seen, and supported. I believe children learn best when they feel loved and respected, and when their unique personalities are celebrated.

My Philosophy

I believe that every child is capable, curious, and full of potential. My approach to child care is centred on relationships, play, and respect. I value the importance of slowing down, tuning in to each child, and supporting their development at their own pace. Through play-based learning and meaningful interactions, I help children build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
